Why employers train for this

Employers must assess risks (UK: Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, regulation 3; Ireland: Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, section 19) and must train employees for their tasks (regulation 13 and section 10). This course trains the people who do the assessing.
