Why employers train for this

Employers must train workers who use personal protective equipment (OSHA 29 CFR 1910.132(f)). Hands-on fitting and site-specific instruction on the equipment your workers use is still the employer job. The employer must also confirm each worker has understood the training and can use the PPE before they do PPE work (29 CFR 1910.132(f)(2)).

Where it is planned

United States. Rules can differ by country, state and workplace, so check what applies to you.

This course is in development and is not on sale yet. Pricing and enrolment will be published before launch. On completion, trainees will receive a certificate of completion issued by CertiSpark. This is not a regulated qualification and does not replace your employer's duties or site-specific training. It does not guarantee any inspection outcome.
