Why employers train for this

Employers in Great Britain must take all reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment of their staff (Equality Act 2010, section 40A, strengthened to all reasonable steps on 30 October 2026 by the Employment Rights Act 2025). Official EHRC guidance treats training as a core step.

Where it is planned

This is not a regulated qualification and does not replace your employer's duties or site-specific training. It does not guarantee any inspection outcome.
